Jenn is the best!!!! She does such a thorough job every time she comes. She always takes care knowing we have a dog also which means a lot to me. The job she does outside is so good that she has never had to come inside to spray because we just don’t have any problems anymore on the inside. Thumbs up to Jenn and Terminix!!!!!!!

You need better communications between Office & Technician. I was told my appointment was for 1:00pm on 2/24/23 - made arrangement to take a 1/2 day off work to allow technician to come into my garage to spray! Imagine my surprise when I receive an email from my technician at 11:00 am on 2/24/23 telling me he had completed service at my home! WOW!
I immediately called your office; they got Josh on the telephone & he offered to come back by my house and spray garage for me! I appreciate his GREAT customer service and taking care of my home...Good work Josh! Thank you

Staff are humble !! The application works, BUT we need to wait for summer months as that is when it is really bad for bugs!!! Winter is not always the best time for evaluation as they are fewer bug problems then in the summer.
I like that I can dependd on Terminix to re-treat if needed. Their employees are skilled and knowledgeable in what they are trained for.
