They do what they say they will do outside each month. And if there is a problem they come inside and fix it. All included in yearly contract which I pay monthly. And they really know the pests n the local area. Great service
I renew the termite bond annually and look forward to the yearly inspections. I feel they have done a good job on both my preventative treatments and my inspections. I live in the woods literally surrounded by termites. Terminex has been my pest control company for 20 years.
