I'm very glad Amy Shelton is back! She provides an outstanding service. Every time she goes above and beyond. Once, during inspection of the basement area, she noticed that one of the ducts of the heating system got loose. She not just notified me right away, but actually attached the duct as much as it was possible before the repair could be arranged. The other time Amy noticed a water pipe leak in the basement. Because of that I was able to take care of the repair on timely manner. She literally saved me a lot of money. I have confidence and peace of mind that the inspections and treatments are thorough and effective. Communication is clear. She is always very responsive to accommodate my not flexible schedule. If someone deserves a promotion and recognition, it must be Amy! Thank you, Amy!

Terminix has served our home for years. During a recent infiltration of ants, they have come out to treat on regular schedule and then an additional time at no cost and have even scheduled a followup visit just to be sure issue is handled. The reps are are friendly and easy to work with.

First of all, they keep us free from the plague of fire ants we had previously had on our property. They also keep the termites and other insects away. We also had a nest of Eastern Yellow Jackets in our dryer vent that they were able successfully rid us of. Savannah and Rachel have both been awesome when they’ve come out to service our home and yard. I have always been so pleased with everyone, including the ladies who answer my calls and schedule my appointments.
