Although I have had an issue with the local office with billing, the young gentleman that services my house and area,is beyond a shadow of a doubt, the most knowledgeable, professional, and courteous young man I have dealt with in the last 20+ years. He is prompt, does what he says he's going to do, and can answer any and all questions I might have, he went out of his way to assure my wife that the chemicals he uses will not harm the children, or the animals we have. Nor will he use them in an area that would endanger the kids. I will continue to use termini as long as this man is servicing my home.
