Our service provider is excellent. He arrived on time, calls ahead, asked if we have any issues and then takes care of inside and outside of our home. He understands we have 2 precious cats and assures is the products are animal safe. Once completed he discusses his findings and asks if we need anything else. He provides a written report which we review and then and only then does he ask us to sign off. He reminds us if we have issues between scheduled visits to call Terminix and it will taken care of quickly. He thanks us and we receive via email a copy of the report. Well worth the money each year. Thanks.
