Thomas McCombs was the absolute best service man that I have ever encountered. His secret sauce… he cares! It showed in his work, recommendations and the tips that he left to make sure we do the necessary repairs in our home. Leaving those tips was not his job and anyone else would not have said anything but not Thomas, he cared about OUR home and I cannot thank him enough.
