Carter for one is great, in fact all the technicians over the years I've had have been great. I really like that I have been assigned the same technician consistently.
I do not like the rising costs and I feel that the bigger you get the more expenses you have and I feel you have been passing those costs on to the customer.
Stop sending me mailings to pay my services in one annual bill. A 3% discount is not enough of an incentive to do so. Give me a 10% discount and I would pay up front. Also what about discounts for Veterans? I know some of your competitors offer this.
I also think you could do better logistically, scheduling and routing. I often see two other service techs in my same neighborhood within a day or two of my service. You could survey your customers to see who was willing to sacrifice some personalized scheduling so you could bundle your customers within a smaller geographical area, and offer a discount for those that do so.

The technician arrived exactly on time so that I can plan additional activities. Chris was very thorough in applying the traitments. He performed his tasks in an efficient and professional way. I’ll be very happy to have him continue to do my pest control.
