Your Technician, Misty Wade. She is thorough, always comes when scheduled. Always checks in with us to find out about any issues we are having and checks out with us, explaining what she did. We rarely have pests in the house; sometimes ants - Misty gets rid of them.

My only complaint is that by the time you get used to a new technician, they change
