The service has been great. Unfortunately, we've experienced difficulty over the years scheduling service because we travel often and have to arrange for someone else to be available to open the house and hard for technician access.

Good customer service and deliverable
Very thorough, listened to our concerns and addressed them. Only wish I had asked about the placement of the ant traps near our back porch. The ants have to cross the porch to get to them, which doesn't really solve the problem of ants on the porch. I'll ask next time.
