The exterminator was very knowledgeable and professional, he took care of all the areas of concern I had discussed with him. He had great attention to detail and he even sprayed an area in my home where I had concerns about ants but had forgotten to tell him, I really appreciated that he took his time and went the extra mile to ensure that every area of my home was covered. Also I have a dog and he was very clear about the precautions I needed to take to ensure she was not exposed to anything harmful as he was treating my home. I am very happy with my service.

Effective!! We had a horrible mosquito problem at our house. With Terminix treatments, the mosquitos are gone!! Terminix staff are friendly, & always communicate to us when they’re coming, and what they’re doing! Highly recommend!

Like the warranty service offered, also how they work with the customer to divide payments if needed be. I'm a senior on fixed income so that helps. Also Jonathan is very good & knowledgeable about the terminix inspection as well as the encapsulation that they did for me. The monitor is really staying stable on the encapsulation since Jonathan made adjustments last year. I'm not due for my inspection until September so I hope Jonathan will be the one to come out because he's good at what he does. All of the Terminix employees have been good and their office staff goes above & beyond with helping & meeting customers needs. As long as their price range remains at a reasonable & customary amount, I'll remain a lifetime customer which I've had services with them for more than 25 years or more so that says that they're a company that I trust.

The highlight of Terminix is our technician who always pays attention to details and takes care of our home, inside and outside! Randy does a fantastic job and truly cares about our property needs to rid us of insects and rodents. We highly recommend Terminix and Randy to take care of your home and property!

We are free from bugs, which I can’t stand, and if we need Josh to come out in between quarterly services, he comes. He does a good job. We were due for a termite inspection this quarter so it took a little longer for him to do the pest service this time. I am so thankful we have quarterly pest control service and also, the termite service with Terminix!

I love the Pest Control agreement. Getting my interior & exterior sprayed has eliminated m getting ANY of the many nasty bugs, spiders & creepy crawlers! I hate bugs! I also have their Termite Bait System which I am pleased with.
