The representatives for the yearly inspection are always very knowledgeable and professional.
They come and inspect the traps for activity and give you a report as to status. Traps that are in need of repair are replaced. They show up on time and call to let you know they are close. After all these years, I don't believe they have told us anything that was not fact. The one incident that had so small damage was repaired so good it is not detectable and quickly. Steps were taken to make sure the problem was corrected. Highly recommend.

We have been happy customers with Terminex Gastonia for many years. The employees are courteous and knowledgeable. I deal the most with Katrina and Jaime who are always professional and kind. I now enjoy my patio with no mosquitos! We trust them with all our indoor and outdoor pests. Also did a fabulous job controlling moisture under our home.

Always prompt, respond to any issues with their services in a reasonable amount of time when called. The Office Personnel is very friendly & good with setting up appointments for services requested. Stand by their warranty services.
The only issue I have is they've gone up on my Termite Inspection services every year. I realize since everything has gone up, they have to raise their rates, but going up 3 yrs straight with quite a bit of increase is too much for this senior living on fixed income. Overall, they're a good company and I've been with them since they took over Goodwill Exterminating and they were good too so that's why and how I ended up being a customer of Terminix of Gastonia.
