We love terminix because we love Greg! Seriously, he is so great! I cannot say enough good things about him. We have never considered leaving terminix because we love him and love how he takes care of our house/bugs. He is so knowledgeable, kind, friendly, effective. Plus our bug problems are non existent! Howard was very informative which means a lot to me. He asked where we were seeing the bugs and told us about the bugs. He crawled under the house and checked every place and took pictures and showed us the cracks where the bugs could be coming in. Howard was very polite and didn’t have a know it all attitude but nicely told us about the bugs.
