My Technician, Howard Holdeen, always does a through job. The only bugs I see in the house between visits are dead ones, just how I like them. This service also included my annual termite inspection. Howard did that with a second gentleman following him around as quality control. They looked everywhere and found no evidence of termites anywhere so I would say the baits are doing their job. All in all I am very satisfied with the service Terminix provides.
