Our technician Mr.Santa Cruz is Always attention to detail for areas he is treating. He Always ask if we have had any problems and addresses those areas with more treatment. Since we have been customers with Terminix and him as our technician we have had NO negative experience or reoccurring problems in between our services. Thank you Greg for coming out the next day to treat a very big and active bees nest! He squeezed us in and was able to exterminate the nest in the ground which could have caused severe pain to our family. The swarming near our deck was awful and an urgent solution was needed. Thankful for Greg -he always does a ten star job and is the reason we stay with terminex. Thank you Greg and the nice ladies who man the phones- appreciate you all!!

The technician sprayed/treated the outside of my house, but did not spray on the inside. We are fully aware that trees and greenery around a house will bring on spiders, ants, etc.. but i would still like the inside of my house sprayed.
Tech did not ring the doorbell to notify me that he was outside servicing, someone is home at my house during the day until 4 pm.
Please come back out and spray the inside of my house.

Most of the time they get it right sometimes there's some confusion. So far in the time that we've had Terminix, it has gone fairly smoothly. I like the guy that comes up to the house now to do the termite inspection he's really nice and we get along well. He's a very pleasant person to deal with fairy
