Rick, our technician, is always in contact with us and wants to know if we have any issues between service dates. He informs us when he is coming and is always on time (Even when I forget he is coming)

I live in the woods and I have no issues with bugs in my house. All of their technicians are super nice and friendly. I like that the customer service team calls me to remind me it’s time to make an appointment. The service is smooth and seamless, requiring almost no effort on my part.
I think everybody is very friendly in the offices. The tech Jay that comes out is very very nice and is thorough. Ever since I have been dealing with Terminex I haven't seen not one bug inside or outside of my home... I'm very squeamish so it was a normal thing to hear me screaming cause I saw a spider! 😂...I am very happy with the service.
We enjoy the service & the technician who services our account but choose not to have our name or location used...sorry about that
