The surface is Good but There is still room for improvement for example I called one day to set up an appointment for the termite traps to be remove and put in A different area. The lady I spoke to told me to remove Then myself and then call back and make an appointment for them to be reinstall That wasn't very helpful. the Rock Hill office I didn't get her name but she sounded like an older woman
