I like the fact, with one exception, that I'm kept up-to-date on what all is going on and what will happen going forward. I was not informed on the date that the guys were coming to put down the plastic and was not at home. Luckily, they started without me and explained all they had done and would be doing. From what I could see, they did a very thorough and professional job.
