Even though it has been a few years and he is no longer with you - the young man who essentially TOTALLY GOT RID OF our German Cockroach problem is what has sold me on Terminix - he didn't spray - but he did put the thin layer of brown stuff in our cabinets and along seams. It took a while but they were eventually completely gone.
When we needed to sell our house in 2000 - we had a termite problem and I am sure that the new buyers were very pleased that we had just invested in the Sentricon System. So yes, we are very happy with Terminix.
