The employees are very courteous and any findings are explained. Terminix needs a portal from which payments can be made and services can be upgraded or removed. The phone calls and sending checks is very outdated.

I've owned three homes and used Terminix at all locations over two decades. I have never been let down by their customer service. I use both the Sentricon system and the quarterly pest control. They are well worth the investment and peace of mind. Of all the service vendors I've had to use as a homeowner, Terminix tops them all.
