Dependability and thoroughness
Happy that the technicians are local. He did a great job and eased my mind considerably by checking the humidity and the barrier underneath my house. I had experienced some difficulty with water under the house during a heavy rain, but he confirmed no standing water, humidity in the acceptable range, no mold or termites. Also pledged to follow up in the summer and recheck it. And pledged to help me decide if and when I needed to replace my moisture barrier. He took time to answer my questions which I appreciated very much.
