The service guys are always willing to take the extra step such as wasp nests, ant hills, mouse baits, bats in the attic, etc. Very easy to speak with. They call us to make appointments at our convenience rather than telling us when they’re going to be here. Been with Terminix for about 30 years.

Your products definitely do the Job!!! Matt Cope has done an excellent job of protecting my house of bugs and critters plus he takes excellent care of my encapsulated basement. I like the bait traps for my termites, they are taking care of my house ONLY wish I could be notified when the termite bait trap inspection is completed, either email or notice on my front door knob like years ago. The cost is expensive and to never know that the traps have been checked is unsettling.
