The tech is courteous and through, but the sticky sheets are not a good replacement for the heavier plastic trays. The critters can release themselves and also run off with the sheet.

Jimmy K. is the best. He is always doing little things like making sure my gates are double latched so my dog doesn't get out. He moves the dogs toys and water bowl from the floor to a table so they don't get chemicals on them. He is always on time and is very through. He is a great asset to Terminex.
