I had a roach issue and Ace was super quick to respond to the issue. Came out same day. He was reassuring. The treatments used were very effective. Ace followed up to check on the effectiveness of the treatment and to treat behind the refrigerator which could not be moved during the initial visit - I really appreciated this. Ace is very competent and takes the time to explain what he is doing and what to expect. I highly recommend Ace and Terminix.
