Jimmy always contacts me ahead of time to schedule a date and time that is convenient for both of us. He shows up when he says he will, he is thorough in wiping things down, checking for critters and spraying to be sure we are as bug free as possible. Jimmy is an exemplary employee representing Terminex!

Jimmy, our service tech! Always thorough, friendly, prompt. I love that he communicates through text. We switched from Orkin a few years ago because of the service tech and I'm so glad we got added to Jimmy's route because he makes the service worth it.

I am impressed with the quality work Terminix does to keep our home free of termites and other pests. The professional staff is always courteous and considerate of the property. I always highly recommend Terminix to my Friends and Neighbors in Biltmore Park. Simply the best in all categories.
