Your service providers are very personable and helpful.
However your bill payment methods are outdated and not user-friendly at all.
Just let us pay our bill more simply. We're trying to give you money. Why would you make that so difficult? Please fix the customer interface. Thank you

The servicemen come on a regular basis, report on their visit, and care for the traps they have left. We have had no termites in 30+ years - that speaks for itself. WFL

I don't seem to have pest problems due to the services. The service tech, Stan, is really good in so many ways. I have recommended Terminix to neighbors lots of times due to his service. it's also easy to work with the office if needed.

Robert provides our homes with excellent service! He goes above and beyond by checking in with us every time to make sure the timing of his visit works with our schedule and to ask if there are any other issues we need his expertise to handle!
