I like my technician, Tim. He is very thorough, has a good personality and communicates well. I like that he's been servicing our house for quite a while and I don't mind at all Tim having access to our house when we a gone during the winter.

Excellent system of providing alerts for pending termite inspections as well as reviews of traps and required baiting.
Our representative, Ben, seems like a very nice and conscientious individual.
Weā€™ve owned a home in Florida for 22 years and a home in NC for over 6 years. Both covered by Terminix. Neither home has ever experienced any termite damage in all that time due to the Terminix system.

Jacob was very responsive to a flying squirrel šŸæļø in the house. Technician Jason went above and beyond in finding the entry location and securing it. Jason was even willing to come out and check on it on a Saturday. Superior service. I have had work done by Jason a couple years ago and heā€™s great at wildlife.
