Your technician was friendly and professional. I just hope he is our rep for some time. As you know, Terminex consistently changes out its techs. It makes it more difficult for the customer to consistently orient new techs to the unique characteristics of the property.

This service, which is always dependable, is for a second home which we visit 5 or 6 times a year. On the last visit your technician noticed that our dehumidifier in the basement was not working properly and was dumping water on the floor. He called to alert us to the problem which otherwise would have gone on for quite some time. It was very much appreciated.
