Jim Moss is, without a doubt, the most thorough technician/inspector that we've ever had to service our home. He is also very neat, polite and pleasant. The Terminix team is also very good about giving us our notices of upcoming services with ample time to work them into our schedules.

Specifically it depends on the service man who comes. We had the worse ever in the summer (who we heard has been fired) and the best ever this week.
