The young man who provides our service - Michael Hardin - is always on time, very courteous and does a wonderful and thorough job. Our home is well protected from all unwelcome critters and I think it is because of the job that Michael does every quarter.
The persons who answered the phone when I called {too many times} were so kind and pleasant. I really don't know what Stephen did because I didn't see him. I had an emergency plumbing problem that day and he couldn't get in my driveway. I am sure it was not easy for him to work around all that.
