We were very satisfied with your service person, Brian. He was very responsive and knowledgeable. He made two trips, because it was threatening potentially heavy rain his first visit. He was spraying the outside of our house to prevent Asian ladybugs from entering the house, and we felt the rain might wash away the treatment.

The technician was very thorough. He listened to our concerns and addressed them as well. He was a younger man; sorry, I can't remember his name. We have been a customer for 10 plus years with Terminix and have no complaints about their service or scheduling times.
