Scott, the technician, was extremely personable. He took the time to explain what he was going to do and why it was necessary. Then he asked if we had any questions or other concerns. Scott appeared to take his time doing his job and was very methodical. Upon his finish, he explained what he had done and again asked if we had any questions. As I previously indicated, Scott was very friendly and took the time to talk to my wife and me on a very personal level. That goes a long way to making a good impression not only for himself but for the company he represents!

Courteous professional personnel;
The Terminix Technician, Scott Johnson, arrived promptly on time. Before entering our house he put on shoe covers. He introduced himself and explained the plan for treating our home with the necessary sprays for our spiders, bugs, mice, etc. He was very cordial and then proceeded spraying. He sprayed inside, outside, removed spider webs outside and sprayed our attic, in which I cannot remember any other technician providing this service ( or I just didn't realize it). He also sprayed each closet. Downstairs he also sprayed the garage area where we park our cars and have had mice before. He said he didn't find any mice droppings, but replaced all of our current glue boards with new ones, and sprayed one bedroom extra downstairs because it had multiple spider webs and spider issues. That particular room is where all of our guests stay downstairs so, that was very, very important information. I had fruit gnats in my Kitchen and I can honestly say as of today, 8/30/23, they are all gone.

The people in the Brevard Terminix are exceptional. Especially Scott and Steve. I don’t feel like they are just selling me a service or a product. I feel like they are interested in the welfare of my family and the maintenance of my home. I have used them for the bug service and for bats in our attic, and very successfully I’d like to add. Getting rid of the bats was tricky and they did an excellent job and did some changes to protect us from ever getting them back for their daytime naps.
At the Brevard, NC location, Pam in the office and Scott Johnson providing our home pest service are both courteous and professional. Very pleased with our service.
