We like Scott our rep. very much. He treated outside for ants in our
bathroom. They went away for a wk. He had said call him if we had
another problem w/the ants. I was going to call him but he showed
up before I could call. Came inside the bath and treated for ants.'They are now gone. I would not have thought we would have
been charged the 2nd time for the ants, since they were still there
aft. previous visit for ants? We are pleased w/terminix on balance
but I do have a question about the above?

Scott Johnson does an AWESOME job. Scott does a VERY THOROUGH job every time he comes. Scott is professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Of all the service guys we have had during our time with Terminix, Scott is without a doubt the VERY BEST!! Terminix is very fortunate to have Scott. And we are lucky to have Scott as our service person.

Scott is great, typically I get an email reminding me that service needs to be scheduled. and typically, it falls to the bottom of a few dozen emails for a week or more. Then Scott calls me and reminds me and we get it set up. I've got two homes he does and have been very happy with his services and that of Terminix.
