Bryan Lindsey is so thorough and helpful. After Helene he took the time to do a walk-through of our entire home to see if there was any damage, and then to call and let us know how things looked since we were not there. He goes above and beyond and that's why his clients love him so much! We also have a contract with the local Terminix franchise in Wilmington and they are terrible - hard to schedule appointments, never return calls, don't follow through on the work itself. The Brevard office is in a league of its own. Thank you!

Since Scott Magruder has been our Terminix rep I have found him to be an excellent communicator, he responses promptly to messages, always arrives on time, is pleasant, kind and helpful. This year I added an annual package for pest control. It's one of the best decisions I have made. Several weeks after the first treatment I noticed I had a spiders again and an active hornet's nest. Scott was able to come the next day and took care of both problems. Last week while Scott was here a neighbor had come to visit and was impressed to see Scott with a Webster. I told her it was the best money I've ever spent and I think she is seriously considering adding pest control to her service.
