The kindness that your people show to your clients. Since I’m in a wheelchair, it’s difficult for me to get to the front door so I appreciate the fact that when the gentleman arrives that he just does what he needs to do and I don’t have to get to the door to greet him or tell him what to do. I don’t believe I have any complaints about anything to do with Terminix.
The promptness & care taken to ensure spiders won’t get into the house anymore this summer. Also to make sure no termites will damage our home. The gentleman was thorough. We appreciate Terminex services.
