Terminix really does get rid of the "critters" that none of us want in and around our houses. And the folks here at the one in Waynesville are home folks that are always friendly and courteous. They treat you as a person that is looking for help with your pest control problems instead of someone that's just interrupting their day.
Terminix always responds quickly if we have a pest problem in between regular service. The only negative I have with Terminix is that there is a lot of turn over of technicians. Our technician Mikel communicates well and is very professional and efficient. Hopefully he will stay for a while.
