We use Terminix for all our new construction - they always make it simple at the start of construction with the code enforcement office ; and then at final inspections - installing the Sentricon system. The help make the process seamless from construction to the quarterly pest control and termite bonding. Making all new clients see a seamless transfer to their new home when it comes to pest control and termite protection ...and in the decades to come. The easy button for sure.
