Daniel is great and will call if he sees a problem when we’re not there. He is very thorough in his inspection for bugs. I like that he sweeps down the walls to get rid of spider webs.

Customer Service is awesome in the Asheville operation. From the person o speak with to Jacob who comes all the way in Maggie Vally. We are mostly in Florida for medical reasons but they truly help us with the bugs inside and out at our cabin in the mountains! Hands down are relief to my would highly recommend them!

Very good at communication, scheduling, and the bugs have told me personally that they feel upset and offended that we have invited Terminix to our property, and that puts a smile on my face. We have their services for the termite protection and pest control.
