The services are always done in a professional manner with attention to details.
Service is good. If any issues pop up between treatment, they will come out and fix it. We've had yellow jacket issues in the summer and they come and take care of it at no extra charge. The service people change over time, but seems like Terminix tries to keep them consistent. Our current rep, Mathew, is always on time, courteous and trustworthy.
The technician is personable, explains the science behind what we're doing, and is very flexible about helping us locate areas of mouse or ant trouble. Thank you Diana!
