I am an out of state customer and set up a protocol for gaining access to my residence with a specific contact person. They did make contact for an appointment and came when they said they would and the only glitch was my contact person did not know they were there and only did a perimeter treatment which was fine but going forward I expect an interior treatment periodically.
Jamie is the absolutely best! We have left Terminix before over our favorite tech retiring and I'd say we would be in the same boat if Jamie left!
