The rep was on-time. He even called early in the day because he had a cancelation to offer an earlier time. I couldn't do it but it was nice of him to offer. He explained at arrival exactly what he was going to do. He was efficient and got right to work. He told me what to expect afterwards. He offered dog treats to my dogs who appreciated it. He was wonderful!
