The technician (Stacy) is always prompt and on time, is pleasant and very thorough. I moved up here from Florida a year and a half ago where bugs were a constant headache even when having scheduled pest control. I have not seen one spider or roach or any other type of bug in my house or basement since I started having Stacy spray. I am a happy camper because I detest spider and roaches.
