Tim is so good to work with. He is flexible on working with us as our calendar changes. And he shows up at the scheduled time or calls or texts us with an update. He know what we look for in our service call and can knock it out quickly. Recently, he even coached me on the phone on how to deal with carpenter bees.

Alex was thorough, professional & very knowledgeable. He was respectful and friendly. He wore shoe covers despite our informing him it was unnecessary. He arrived a bit early but remained in his vehicle a few minutes until we greeted him and he acknowledged he wanted to insure we were ready for his arrival. Very polite and considerate. He kept us informed throughout.
