Even when I’m busy and forget to call back, Terminix will call to make sure they can schedule our quarterly check up. If I have a problem in between, I cash call and have a technician out soon to take care of my concerns.
I like all of our services with terminix. I specially like the agent that we have in Flat Rock North Carolina his name is Fred. We have had terminix for over 50 years. We also have our home in Irmo South Carolina. But Fred by far is the best person we have ever had to take care of us.
Couple years ago, we had a contract with Terminix. No bug issues.
We stopped ... bug issues returned.
On a recent Friday afternoon we called about yellowjackets in the house ... they squeezed us in same day, after hours, to give us peace of mind over the weekend.

While we have not gotten to know our new agent, we enjoyed and had a relationship with both Tommy Hollingsworth and Mike.P. Would like to get to know Billy, but have not been there when he has come. He takes care of usl though, and we hope to be there most of June and July and perhaps can meet him then. I have only had good relationships with any one in the office. Thanks so much.

Having a visit from Simon is like welcoming a family member to my home. He is a friend, a trusted representative and always kind. He thinks nothing of taking a few minutes to discuss any concerns. I am so appreciative of him. My husband has suffered several strokes in the past 18 months. Simon knows our situation and gives even more support, which comes naturally. He is a GEM. He is a fine man and about to add a new son to be beloved family. Give him a raise he deserves it and will need it!
You schedule an appointment and arrive on time and the workers are always polite and cover everything with us. We have had Terminix for 11 years and have never had termites.

I haven't had any problems with bugs or rodents inside my house. Chuck does a great job spraying the outside.
Our technician was on time and thorough. He explained everything Terminix services covered and answered all my questions. And he got rid of the ants! I’m happy to have Charles here every quarter to keep our home pest free.
