Your service Rep's have improved. There was a time about 4 years ago there was a different Service Rep. each time . To be honest, we were ready to leave Terminix. My husband had a discussion about the service with a manager. Several other customers complained to us as they were having same problem. Anyway, there must been a new Manager came in because things have gotten better. The last ones who came has been here few times & seem to know what they were doing & looked professional & clean. 5 years of extermination seems be average. Things are much better. We observe .Thank you for better service.

While doing some remodeling, I found what I thought might be debris from carpenter ants or termites. I called Terminix and they sent a technician the same day. It turned out to be a false alarm and there were no carpenter ants or termites. The technician was very professional and helpful and did not charge me for the visit. I have used Terminix for many years and will continue to do so in the future.

I live in the middle of a forest. I don’t mind some spiders but there are some really creepy ones. I didn’t want them killed just discouraged from spinning their webs in my doorways. Terminix has earth friendly options in their spray.
