Mainly the care we get and the fact that our agent is so friendly and personalable . Mat calls and lets us know when he's coming and he is very thorough and friendly. He ask if we have had any issues or if we need anything else. I very found others not to be that way. Truly I will be with you as long as he comes and maybe afterwards but that will depend upon how he conducts his business.

Service great. My only complaint is having the bill due in January. Right after Christmas and property tax. Can you move it to late February? If you can't, that's fine, but you won't get the payment in January. More like after February Social Security. Hope that's OK. I can't do anything about it.

Whenever I have had to call for a service call that is an additional call, my request has been attended to in a very timely manner. The problem is looked into, and if additional personal is needed, they are sent for and the situation is taken care of. Your service men are polite, cheerful and agreeable as they tackle the (usually unsavory &dirty) job and solve my problem. They are to be commended. Thank you.
