The service man that services my house is very polite and he will always spray where I ask him to. I does a thorough job and I never have any problems with bugs in my house.
He also tells ,e if I have any problems with any kind of insects before my next routine spray to call the office and he will come back out and take care of the problem.
Also your office staff is very nice when I speak to them on the phone.
