The Terminix of Franklin staff is always flexible with appointment times, and after the reps at the office set the appointments, the on-site technicians always to an outstanding job of keeping in touch. At times when my schedule has changed during the day, i have texted the tech, who adjusted the time to meet my needs. I use them for quarterly services, annual termite bonding inspections, and borer bee treatments. I have nothing but good feedback.
