We purchased our home last year, and it was covered under a Terminix termite bond from the previous owner. We recently had the bond transferred into our name and scheduled our first pest control treatment. Our technician, Chris Dills, provided outstanding service. He clearly explained the process of updating the termite bait system with barcodes associated with our new contract. Additionally, we elected to proceed with quarterly pest control services, and he outlined the procedures involved. Chris performed the termite bait trap exchanges and applied perimeter treatments to our home expertly. We were very pleased with his professionalism and would prefer to have him as our technician in the future.
