Robert is extremely good at his job and professional. He was willing to come to my house to take care of a massive yellow jacket nest outside of what I think are his normal hours. He never complained once. In fact, he told me he loves his job. It's clear that he genuinely cares about his job and about my home. I work in the healthcare field and the yellow jackets have been a major issue this year, more so than past years. Having that giant swarm right outside my main door was dangerous, and I was so relieved when he arrived at my home. The yellow jackets have not come back. I would recommend Terminex to other people soley based on Robert's work ethic and helpfulness.
