Terminix services our vacation home so we have to be very trusting of the vendors that do any work in out home. We have found Terminix of Franklin to be very trustworthy. We do not have any doubt that they are providing the services we are paying them for and they communicate promptly when they have serviced the house and the direct billing service is very convenient for us.
