The tech that came out was outstanding. The issue is Terminx pushes for appt. The tech arrives early and performs the inspection. They do not leave a report. The owner doesn't have to be present. Approach the inspection that way. Instead of making the homeowner feel they have to be home at a certain time. When the appt is made tell the homeowner they don't have to be present.
The main reason for the 9 is the tech that maintains the traps. That is not scheduled, the old traps are never removed, just more are added. Some are in the middle of beds that have things planted that the tech is unaware of. I would prefer the trap tech to be scheduled.
