We needed a service between our regular monthly mosquito service because we were getting eaten alive while having supper on our back deck Sunday evening. Emailed the Terminix office that Sunday evening and first thing Monday morning by 7:15am we got a response from Vaughn Ball in the office saying it had been set up. By 9:00am that same day Scott Strickland was already on our property retreating our yard for mosquitoes. Supper on our deck Tuesday evening was much more pleasant without the pesky mosquitoes bothering us.
If having an issue, requesting a service and having it addressed and completed in less than 15 hours isn’t service at its best I don’t know what is!!!

I was impressed with the young man who came to inspect our house. He was here for a long time letting me know he checked our house completely. The only thing I don’t like is the price. I think $500 is a little much. We will need more work under our house and I hope there will not be an added yearly cost. We have had a lot of work done by Terminix and it is time we get a discount (no extra yearly charge))for this next service. We are getting older every day 76ish and we deserve a discount for being long term customers.
