Randy Smith is the ONLY reason we stay with Terminix. Nothing wrong with Terminix but truly, we don’t shop around for something cheaper because we love Randy a we don’t want to change to someone else.

Very polite. Always asked if anything is needed. Especially working with us about our dog…does the inside while she’s outside then we swap. Very accommodating
